New Clients
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your consultation/appointment.
Bookings
All appointments have a standard $80 booking fee. Booking fees are deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
A reminder text or email is sent out to you 72 hours prior. Please respond to this by confirming or cancelling the appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to a time more convenient to you, Clinica Co strictly requests at least 48 hours notice.
Any prices listed on our website and booking system are estimates only. Also if you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, there is a two-week review period to resolve it. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your booking, a $80 fee will apply. All $80 booking fees are nonrefundable. If you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, the booking fee will remain on your account for future use on product or services.
Late arrivals
Clinica Co understands that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. We do our best, although Clinica Co cannot always accommodate late arrivals 10 minutes and over. Where possible we will offer the next available appointment time. Please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking around Noosa. Clinica Co always recommends Noosa Junction Coles Carpark.
Children policy
Clinica Co is located in d’fine all Health, Wellness & Beauty Collective space, please be mindful of other appointments that may be in session. It is Clinica Co policy that children are unable to attend appointments with you. This is not only for their own safety but for the comfort, health and safety of clients and clinic staff.
General policies
By booking with Clinica Co, you agree to the above terms and are bound to our booking commitment.
Termination of the Clinic-Client Relationship
Clinica Co reserves the right to terminate any clinic-client relationship at any time, especially if in the clinical opinion of the staff, the patient is not suitable for further care. In this case, the clinic may offer patient alternative doctors/therapists/clinic to continue their treatments.
Payment
We accept EFTPOS, AMEX, Afterpay Zippay and cash only.
Clinica Co Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase and are also non-refundable and non-transferrable.
